Overview

At Jugglesoft, we understand that you value your privacy. Our most important asset is our relationship with you. We want you to feel comfortable and confident when using our Web site. Therefore, we want to share with you the following principles that govern our information practices and other privacy aspects of our Web site. Throughout this Policy, we refer to information that personally identifies you individually as "personal information."

Security

As further explained below, Jugglesoft protects the confidentiality and security of your personal and business information by applying industry-recognized security safeguards, such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt information, a unique login and password combination for each registered user and user authentication each time a user logs in -- all to help ensure that your data is safe, secure, and available only to you and other registered users with whom you opt to share your data.

Whenever we ask for credit card numbers and passwords, we encrypt the information as it is transmitted to us. Using physical, electronic and procedural safeguards, we restrict access to personal information to our employees and agents for business purposes only. Please note that although we make good-faith efforts to store information in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee complete security of that environment.

Cookies

A cookie is a small amount of data, often including an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and is stored on your computer's hard drive.

Jugglesoft uses session cookies to maintain some state information during a user session, to create a better, more intuitive and personalized user experience. However, no data specifically about the user, his or her login information or actual user identity is stored in this session cookie.

Collected Information

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail; aggregate information on which pages users access or visit; and gather information volunteered by users (such as survey information and/or site registrations). The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web pages and the quality of our service, and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

Content Storage

Although Jugglesoft owns the data storage, databases and all rights to the various Jugglesoft services, you retain all rights to data, information or material that you submit to the Service (“Content”), and we will never sell, share or use your Content except as described herein. We will not utilize your Content to compete with you, market to your clients, or contact them.

Disclosure

Jugglesoft may disclose personally identifiable information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders or other legal process; to enforce our Terms of Service; to respond to alleged violations of rights of third parties; or to protect the rights, property or safety of Jugglesoft, its personnel, its users or the public.

Jugglesoft also uses certain third party vendors (e.g., data storage and processing facilities) to assist us in our work. Jugglesoft may transfer your personally identifiable information to such vendors who have entered into a contract with us that protects the confidentiality of your information and permits the vendor to use it only as reasonably necessary to fulfill its contract with Jugglesoft.

Third-party Web Sites

In the course of using the Service, you may go to a third-party Web site, which may have privacy practices different from Jugglesoft’s. We are not responsible for and have no control over the privacy policies for those sites; we recommend that you read those sites’ privacy policies carefully.

Opt-Out Policy

If, at any time after registering for or ordering the Service, you change your mind about receiving information from us, send us a request specifying your new choice to support@jugglesoft.com.

No Collection of Information from Children

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information relating to children. In the event that we learn that we have collected personally identifiable information from anyone under 13 years of age without prior parental consent, we will take steps to promptly delete such information. By providing your personal information to Jugglesoft through the Service, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

Changes

Jugglesoft may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the email address provided to us by the Account Owner (the user who registered the account or to whom ownership was assigned) or by placing a prominent notice on our site. We will also revise the “last updated” date at the beginning of the policy. Your continued use of the Service after such change will be subject to the then-current privacy policy.

Additional Information

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to receive additional information, please send your request via email to info@jugglesoft.com.
